CreaTower I

CreaTower I is a pioneering office high-rise currently under construction in the Tech Cluster Zug. The 40-metre-tall building combines innovative architecture with resource-efficient construction methods, setting new benchmarks for low-carbon building design.

As part of the project, Oxara supplied its cement-free Oulesse® binder, enabling KIBAG to produce and deliver cement-free lean concrete made from recycled demolition materials. The material was used in the building's substructure, contributing to the project's ambitious sustainability goals and supporting the transition towards circular construction practices.
