This multi-family housing project sets new standards in sustainable architecture through its consistent use of regenerative materials such as wood and clay. 

The basement of the solid timber construction features walls built with Oxablocs, compressed earth blocks developed jointly by Oxara and Terrabloc using Oxabrick® Loko. These blocks not only support the indoor climate, but also the innovative approach to ecological construction without compromising on quality or design.
