YOND Campus

In Zurich-Albisrieden, the YOND Campus is taking shape on a 35,000 m² site, scheduled for completion by 2028. The development will feature four buildings combining production, trade, retail, and office spaces. Developer Swiss Prime Site is embracing a hybrid approach — reusing existing structures, adding selective new builds, and prioritising renewable and recycled materials throughout the project.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, a time capsule was embedded in the foundation — symbolising a future built on circular principles. For the foundation works, KIBAG produced 1,500 m³ of Migrox Oulesse® lean concrete, made with the Oulesse® binder. The material contains up to 95% processed construction and demolition waste, reducing CO₂ emissions by around 50% compared to conventional lean concrete.
