A product on which you can build your sense of purpose.

Oulesse®
More than a binder.

Oxacrete Oulesse® is a mineral binder designed for circular and low-carbon concrete products. It’s made by combining a cement-free activator with finely milled construction demolition waste – basically, we turn what’s usually trash into a valuable building material.

Thanks to its hydraulic properties, the Oulesse® binder behaves similarly to traditional cement: it develops strength over time, bonds aggregates, and works with the standard concrete production infrastructure. Plus, it enables the reuse of recycled concrete aggregates, pushing circularity to the next level.

Why Oulesse®?

  • Cement-free – zero clinker

  • Up to 60% CO₂ reduction compared to CEM I cement

  • Up to 60% reused demolition material per ton of Oulesse - Circular by design

  • Hydraulic bindersimilar strength development to cement

  • Fully compatible with today's concrete industry infrastructure

Applications

  • Lean concrete (e.g. as base layer for foundations)

  • Pavers & Tiles

  • Screeds & Terrazzo flooring

  • Internal load bearing concrete walls & slabs

Built together with our partners

We don’t just develop cement-free binders - we bring it to life together with experienced production partnersThanks to these collaborations, our technology is already being used in a variety of products - from lean concrete and structural elements to CO₂-reduced pavers and tiles, as well as Terrazzo flooring and screeds.

The result? Circular, low-carbon building materials are no longer experimental – they’re being produced and distributed by trusted industry players and are ready to build with.

FAQ
Where is Oulesse currently available or produced?

Oulesse is produced in Switzerland using locally sourced, recycled materials. It is readily available for projects within Switzerland. For projects abroad, Oulesse can also be transported internationally. We’re happy to support you in planning logistics for cross-border delivery.

What are the mechanical properties of materials made with Oulesse?

Oulesse has been successfully used in various structural and non-structural applications. Detailed performance data such as compressive strength, setting time, and durability are available through our production partners. Get in touch with us — we’ll connect you with the relevant partner for your application and region.

How is Oulesse delivered?

Oulesse is available in different packaging formats depending on the scale of your project. Small to mid-sized orders can be delivered in 25 kg bags or big bags, while larger quantities are supplied in silos. We’ll help you find the most efficient and cost-effective delivery option for your needs.
