Leonie’s path into sustainability began in the gardens of Switzerland, where she first trained as a landscape gardener. Her curiosity about the natural world led her to Scotland, where she completed a BSc in Marine Science and an MSc in Climate Change. During her five years there, she deepened her scientific understanding and built a strong connection to nature that guides her work today. 

Her interdisciplinary background – combining practical experience, research, and marketing – helps her connect the construction world with environmental topics. At Oxara, she leads marketing and sustainability, driven by the belief that true sustainability comes not just from innovation, but through collaboration, transparency, and respect for the environment.
